Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At Dura Deals, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience and maintain the highest standards of product quality and customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms for returns, replacements, and refunds on www.duradeals.com.

1. General Return & Replacement Eligibility

  • Any product can be replaced within 7-days if it is delivered damaged, incomplete or wrong. Replacement request must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Just tell us the problem, give us the details and we will replace it when we receive the returned product for replacement
  • Product must be returnable and should be clearly mentioned on the product page if it is returnable. If not mentioned, it means it is non-returnable.. 
  • Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
  • Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and freebies must be included.
  • No physical damage, installation, or tampering should be evident.
  • If partial order is returned (if eligible), site will charge extra amount to protect the discounts provide as cart discount and protect its pricing policy structure, which may be up to 30-50%. In case of complete order return (if eligible), we can charge the shipping and packaging charges which may be up to 10-40%.

Not Eligible If:

  • Product is used, installed, or tampered with.
  • Replacement request is made after 24 hours of delivery or without valid defect claim.
  • Customized or made-to-order items.
  • No evidence or documentation provided.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products

Replacement or returns will not be accepted for the following, unless damaged/defective/wrong item:

  • Sterile or patient-contact items (e.g., mouthguards, syringes).
  • Consumables (resins, PPE kits, etc.).
  • Large equipment (dental chairs, compressors, etc.).
  • Items marked as “Short Expiry” or “Non-Returnable”.
  • Items under ₹250 value and quantity of 1.
  • Not mentioned as returnable on the product page. If not mentioned specifically for the product in question, that means non-returnable.

Defective such items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

3. How to Initiate a Return/Replacement

  • Via your Dura Deals account or email: support@duradeals.com
  • Include Order ID, product images/videos, packaging photos, shipping label along with any sort of evidence or documentation.
  • Request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

4. Return Inspection & Approval

Returned items undergo a quality check. Approval is based on:

  • Unopened original packaging and all included accessories.
  • No signs of use, damage, or tampering.
  • Serial number match and condition verification.

If rejected, customer must bear the return shipping cost to receive product back.

5. Replacement and Refund Terms

Replacement:

  • Processed after return approval and stock availability.
  • If unavailable, a refund is initiated.

6. Return Fees & Deductions

  • 30-50% fee for partial returns where final order value is under ₹2,500.
  • Full order return under ₹2,500 also attracts 10-40% fee.
  • 20-40% fee for partial returns where final order value is above ₹2,500.
  • Full order return above ₹2,500 also attracts packaging and return transport charges and any other charges without notice which can be 10-40% of total value.
  • Unauthorized/extra products returned may incur two-way shipping charges.
  • Post-dispatch cancellations will result in shipping cost deductions and cart discounts.
  • All returns and replacements are subjected to product specific return and replacement policies which will be clearly mentioned on the product specific page in product specific details.

7. Order Cancellation Policy

Before Processing: Cancel via account/email within 5 hours if not yet shipped.

After Dispatch: Cancellation may not be possible. Shipping charges may apply.

Delayed Deliveries: Orders delayed beyond 21 days may be cancelled for full refund.

8. Warranty & Service

  • If product is eligible and clearly mentioned on product page.
  • Warranty coverage is solely provided by manufacturer/importer.
  • Dura Deals facilitates warranty support but is not liable.
  • Warranty void on physical damage, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs.

9. Delivery Discrepancies

  • Check packaging before accepting delivery.
  • Refuse if packaging is tampered or damaged.
  • Report missing, wrong, or damaged items within 48 hours.
  • Keep some sort of evidence to support your claim.

10. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

  • OTP verification required at the time of delivery.
  • 3 delivery attempts will be made; failed deliveries return to origin.
  • Returns will be attempted twice; ensure package is sealed in your presence.

11. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhiwadi (RAJ), India.
