• The terms “you”, “your”, “user”, or “customer” refer to anyone accessing or transacting on this website.

• By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to make the purchase and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility and Compliance

• In compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, customers may be required to provide necessary registration or license details before placing certain orders.

• If you have signed up or using or transacting on this website, it means you are eligible to use this website.

• DuraDeals assumes the accuracy of the information provided and holds no responsibility for incorrect or fraudulent data submission.

3. Orders and Payment

• All orders placed on DuraDeals are subject to acceptance and availability.

• DuraDeals reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice.

• Orders are considered complete only upon full payment confirmation.

• Payment options include credit/debit card, net banking, UPI, wallets, and cash on delivery (where applicable).

• DuraDeals is not responsible for failed transactions due to internet or banking errors on the customer’s end.

4. Pricing and Product Information

• While we aim to ensure accuracy, pricing and product descriptions may contain errors.

• DuraDeals reserves the right to update product prices or cancel orders due to pricing discrepancies.

• Images and packaging may differ from the actual product.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Delays

• Orders are dispatched promptly, but delivery timelines may be affected by peak periods, weather, or logistical delays.

• Customers can track order status via the “My Orders” section.

• DuraDeals is not liable for delivery delays beyond our control.

6. Shipping Policy

• Order will be dispatched withing 2-7 after confirmation depending on the availability of stock.
• If some products are on backorder, we will try to send as soon as we received the stock.
• If urgent, partial order can be dispatched at priority and may attract extra courier charges. Customer has to contact to support for this.
• If order is not shipped within 21 days, all amounts will be refunded for pending order in case of prepaid order and in case or COD, order will be cancelled by us or on customer’s request.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before they come in Processing via “My Orders” or by contacting infoduraimpex@gmail.com.

• Only two statuses; in case of COD orders – “COD Order” and in case of other payment methods – “Pending Payment” are the statuses eligible to cancel the order.

• Once in processing, orders can only be cancelled by contacting our support team.

• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 24–48 business hours after order verification and product return (if applicable). Maximum processing period may be 2-15 days.

8. Return & Replacement Policy

• Returns are accepted within 7 business days of delivery.

• Product must be returnable and should be clearly mentioned on the product page if it is returnable. If not mentioned, it means it is non-returnable.

• Products must be unused, in original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

• Certain categories, including equipment like autoclaves, X-ray machines, etc., are non-returnable.

• Products with hygiene concerns (e.g., oral care items, masks) are also non-returnable.

• For return pickups, shipping costs may apply unless initiated due to a product defect or error from our side.

8. Refund Policy

• Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method after product inspection.

• Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer upon receipt of accurate bank details.

10. Account Security & Customer Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials.

• Any activity through the registered account will be assumed to be authorized by the account holder.

11. Website Access & Modifications

• We strive to provide continuous website availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

• We may suspend access temporarily for updates or maintenance without prior notice.

12. Limited License

• DuraDeals grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the site for personal or internal business purposes.

• You may not duplicate, modify, resell, or exploit any content for commercial purposes without written consent from Dura Impex.

13. Intellectual Property

• All content on this site including logos, graphics, product images, software, and text is the property of Dura Impex or its licensors.

• Unauthorized use of content is strictly prohibited.

14. Fraudulent or Unlawful Activity

• You agree not to use this platform for fraudulent transactions or illegal activities.

• Any breach may result in suspension or termination of your account.

15. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of India.

• All legal proceedings shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bhiwadi (RAJ).
